Phase Camera 1: Ring Alignment Shift 19 Jan 09

The goal of this experiment is to try and centre better the WI CO2 ring
and to measure the time constant of the thermally enduced lens.
West arm locked, other elements misaligned, OMC out of resonance.
TCS mirror position UL = 5900, BR = 1200
ring power 15 W
ring shutter switched on at gps 916429074
ring shutter switched off at gps 916434890
The under figure shows a phase image just before switching the shutter off.


The next figures show the profile of the phase:



The next goal is to check alignment of TCS central spot and ring on North input since modifications made ttime ago.
North arm locked, other elements misaligned, OMC out of resonance.

Central spot power set to 130 mW

Make confirmation of TCS mirror sign convention
